Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy

Return Policy:
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. You must immediately contact us through our support channel soporte@shoplatinvibes.com by sending photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving your product.
We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if you meet the following criteria:
- Damaged / broken or dirty upon arrival.
-Packages lost in transit. We will manage the situation with the carrier and send a new product to the customer without any extra charge, except when an incorrect address is provided by the customer.


Note: SHOP LATIN VIBES will not be responsible for orders routed or addressed incorrectly by the buyer. In any case, we will manage to correct the address promptly once we are notified of the issue.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid losses in shipping.
Customers are advised to carefully enter correct addresses, otherwise, the package will not be delivered.

Withdrawal Policy
Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and in any case while it has not yet been delivered to the carrier. To cancel, you must send an email to soporte@shoplatinvibes.com
If it has been delivered to the courier, it will operate as a WITHDRAWAL from the purchase and the buyer will bear the shipping and return costs.
Send us an email to soporte@shoplatinvibes.com within 5 days of receiving the product explicitly stating that you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must provide us with the account number to which you want the transfer to be made if payment was made on delivery. If it was made through an electronic channel, the refund will be made to the same account from which the purchase was made.
The customer must send or leave the product according to the instructions established for product collection. The product must be delivered in the same conditions in which it was delivered to the customer. In no case should it show signs of misuse, packaging damage, or any other situation that diminishes its value.
Once we have received the product and verified that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to process your refund, which will be made within a maximum of 8 business days.
For the purposes of the right of withdrawal, the shipping and return costs of the product are valued at $220,000.
SHOP LATIN VIBES reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if the above refund criteria are not met.
Once the refund is made, we will send support to the provided email.
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank and statement again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted if you've done all this and still haven't received your refund. contact soporte@shoplatinvibes.com

Warranty Policy
The product warranty period is explicitly indicated on the product description page.
If you wish to apply a product warranty, you must immediately contact our sole warranty support channel via email soporte@shoplatinvibes.com where you must describe the product's fault or malfunction and attach photographic and video evidence.
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover product misuse, drops, breakages, or damages attributable to a third party.
The warranty in no case gives rise to the right of withdrawal from the purchase outside the term established by law.
Acceptance of the product for review does not imply acceptance of the warranty.
Under warranty, the product is reviewed to determine the cause of the damage; if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired at one of our authorized service centers.
At shoplatinvibes.com's discretion, repair or replacement of the defective product will be chosen.
Once the product has been replaced twice and the problem persists, an agreement may be reached with the buyer involving a refund for the product.
